"rewards Barely feel worth it"
I started using my card thinking the rewards would add up to something decent, but they build up so slowly. after a while it just feels like it’s not really worth the effort. Dissapointed overall...

"Good deal, just wish it shipped faster"
Overall, I’d say this was a good value. I’ve paid more for similar items before, so compared to those, this felt like a solid buy. The only downside was the shipping took a bit longer than I expected, but once it arrived, I was happy with it.
"Closing my account was more of a hassle than expected"
I tried to close my account and it took way more back and forth than I expected. The replies were slow, and I wasn’t always clear on what step I was supposed to take next. I can’t say for sure they’re doing it on purpose, but it definitely felt like the process was harder than it needed to be.

I started using Indigo Neo mostly for the cashback, it’s been good overall. Some of the rates are better than I expected, especially for stores I was already shopping at anyway, so that was a nice little bonus.
Tracking worked most of the time, which is great, because apparently that’s something to be thankful for. One order took longer to show up, so I had to keep checking back like it was my new hobby, but it did eventually sort itself out.
I’d probably give it 4 stars. It’s a good value if you’re not in a huge rush and don’t mind babysitting your cashback a little bit.

The card did arrive in the end, but the delivery was slower than I was expecting. The tracking updates weren’t very clear either, so I wasn’t totally sure when it would show up. It worked out okay overall, but I do wish it had been a bit faster. A friend had recommended it to me, so I was hoping the whole process would be a little smoother.

The fees felt a bit too high to me. I don’t mind paying for good service, but it should feel fair, and this kind of made me question whether customers are being treated right

I came across a decent promo offer on indigoneo.ca, it worked just fine. No issues using it or anything. I just wish some of the discounts stuck around a bit longer, you know?

"Support really could’ve been more helpful"
I reached out hoping for some basic help, but I didn’t get much of anything useful back. I don’t expect miracles, but it feels fair to expect a company’s support team to at least listen and try to point you in the right direction. Disappointing experience.

I tried to create an account, but it kept failing no matter what I did. I’m usually cautious about these things, so after a few failed attempts I started wondering if my info was actually going through or getting stuck somewhere. I reached out to support, but they weren’t really able to help much, which made the whole experience feel frustrating and a little uneasy...

The bill was okay overall, but I noticed one small charge that didn’t look right. It wasn’t a huge amount, but I wasn’t sure why it was there. What was frustrating is that the next steps weren’t clear at all, so I didn’t really know who to contact or what I was supposed to do to get it checked.

I asked indigoneo for a refund, it ended up being way more difficult than it should have been. They did respond at first, but after that the replies were vague and I never got a clear date or straightforward answer. I had to follow up more than once, which just doesn’t feel fair when you’re simply trying to get a refund handled properly. Overall, it was a really frustrating experience and I wouldn’t use them again

I tried placing an order on indigoneo.ca, but the checkout basically froze right after I entered my card details. There wasn’t any clear error message or anything telling me what went wrong, so I was just left staring at a stuck screen.
What made it worse was that my bank showed a pending charge, but I never got an order confirmation. It made me feel misled, like the payment had maybe gone through but nobody was actually telling me what was happening.
I ended up having to keep checking my account and waiting to see if the money would come back. Support took way too long to respond, and when they did, they didn’t really explain much. Not worth the stress for me, and I don’t see myself using it again

I tried using indigoneo.ca a few times, but my transactions got declined more than once. I’m still not totally sure if it was an issue with my bank or something on their end. Support was decent enough, but it took a while to get things sorted out. The service does work, but it wasn’t exactly smooth for me. Also, the reminders felt way too aggressive after a while, which got kind of annoying.

The notifications were clear and easy to understand, but there were a little too many of them. After I paid, I got a bit uneasy because the constant updates made me feel like something might be off, even though everything did seem to be moving along.

"Took Longer Than I Expected"
I applied online thinking it would be quick, but it ended up taking longer than I expected. A few of the steps weren’t very clear, and I felt a bit rushed trying to figure out what they needed. Then I had to send extra information again, which was frustrating. I did get through it in the end, but the whole process was kind of annoying.

"Pretty good overall, with a few freezes"
It worked fine for the most part, but every now and then the pages would freeze on me. Not a huge deal, but it was a little annoying when I was trying to get through something quickly, especially one morning while I had coffee sitting next to my laptop getting cold. Overall it did what I needed, just wish it was a bit smoother.

My payment got stuck, and support took a while to get back to me. It just didn’t feel very reliable, you know? I kept wondering if my order was even going through properly. After that experience, I don’t think I’d use this site again

"I got approved for a credit limit…"
I got approved for a credit limit that felt fair based on where I’m at. Not a massive amount or anything, but in my head I kind of sorted it as “enough for small purchases and building trust,” which is really what I needed. The site was straightforward too, so I didn’t have to overthink it. My only gripe is that they could explain the process for increasing the limit a little better. I had to poke around and make a few guesses before finding what I needed. Overall though, solid experience. I’d give it 4 stars
